Gill Grueber

Gill has had an extensive career in the professional world of musical theatre, performing on both stage and screen. She has performed in London’s West End theatres in ‘The Lion King’ and ‘Saturday Night Fever’. In Dublin, Gill performed and began to Choreograph for TV and stage including Rock Rivals for Shinawil, and pantomimes ‘Cinderella’, ‘Aladdin’ and ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’ for Theatreworx Productions.

Gill’s on-screen appearances include working alongside Colin Farrell in the Hollywood film ‘Alexander the Great’ (Oliver Stone- Warner Bros. Pictures) and with Kevin Spacey in ‘Beyond the Sea’ (Kevin Spacey- Lion’s Gate Films). She has also appeared in numerous commercials, including a memorable tap dancing role for The Halifax Building Society.

Once moving back to the UK, Gill’s passion for teaching led her to work in numerous schools across the UK, inspiring students of all ages, founding her own school in 2013. During this time, she achieved her Fellowship (ISTD) and PGCE qualifications and transitioned into teaching at professional colleges. Gill spent 8 years on the ballet faculty at Performers College before moving on to Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.

Now, Gill is thrilled to be part of the amazing team at MPAA, sharing her passion and expertise with the next generation of performers.
