Davide Camorani
Born to Italian parents in Switzerland, Davide moved to London to pursue his career as a professional dancer. After graduating from Bird College with a First Class BA (Hons) Degree, he appeared in Spirit of the Dance (European Tour); Thriller Live (original cast, Dominion Theatre); and The Mikado (London Coliseum). Davide also appeared as a principal in Black Maria (Lilian Baylis Theatre); Fish (Camden People’s Theatre); Behind Closed Doors (Blue Elephant Theatre); and as a backing dancer for HK119 off Broadway (Hudson Theatre, New York). His TV and film credits include The Magic Flute (dir. Kenneth Branagh); Now or Never (ITV); and Street Dance (feat. Flawless and Diversity). Choreographic credits include Resolution! (Robin Howard Theatre). Davide recently joined Genau Dance Company for Kreislauf (Cockpit Theatre) and will be appearing in their new production of Hoffnung (Cockpit Theatre) in 2020. He is also part of the Research & Development team for the new ISTD Contemporary Dance syllabus, choreographed by Dr. Ross McKim, for which he has recently become a national and international ISTD lecturer.
