Steven Duguid

Steven Duguid studied BA(Hons) in Music Performance at the Colchester Institute of Music and Performing Arts. He has been a singing teacher and vocal coach for 20 years training both professional and aspiring performers to achieve their goals. He is currently the musical director for the Jodie Steele Associates and he is a visiting lead practitioner for Curve Theatre in Leicester; teaching and accompanying on their community and youth projects. Steven is musical director and vocal coach for Studio 79 in Leicester; a leading performing arts college and dance school. Steven has been fortunate enough to work as MD or pit musician on many shows at different theatres throughout the Midlands; most recently, productions include: Little Women (MD), Seussical The Musical, Our House, Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Sister Act, The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole Aged 13 ¾ (MD), 9 to 5 The Musical (MD), Legally Blonde The Musical, Footloose The Musical and Ghost The Musical.
